Frank received his training in the U.S. where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (1988) from California State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design (1998) from Parsons School of Design in New York, honing his skills amidst a vigorously competitive environment.

Following his six-year stint in New York, Frank went on to hold numerous chief positions in different interior design firms across 24 years in Malaysia and Singapore, specializing in corporate and hospitality design. Being widely travelled and experienced, he left his mark along with his infectious personality in many notable projects around the world including, among others, Grand Hotel in New Delhi, India, Mascot Hotel, Chang Chun, China, Sunway Hotel in Hanoi, Sunway Clio Hotel in Bandar Sunway, Sunway Medical Pharmacy in Bandar Sunway, Sunway Velocity Mall in Kuala Lumpur, Sunway Universiti with Recreation Area in Bandar Sunway, Sunway Putra Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Wine Bar at Pacific Regency Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Gym & Spa at Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Palm Garden Coffee House at Palm Garden Hotel in Putrajaya, Murphy Oil in Singapore, Thistle Hotel in Port Dickson, Pacific Regency Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, U-Mobile Flagship Store in Berjaya Times Square and Proton City in Tanjung Malim.

Frank’s design for the famed Luna Bar in Pacific Regency Hotel went on to bag the Excellence Award, Best of Malaysia 2012 for the Best Hotel from Expatriate Lifestyle and the Hospitality Asia Premium Awards (HAPA) Regional Best Nightspot 2008 - 2010.
